It's extremely important to get in touch with a qualified and trusted lender to see what you are approved for, and what that monthly payment will look like. We have fantastic, local lenders we can recommend, who have supported our clients! After you're pre-approved, then we can start looking at properties. We DO NOT show homes unless you’re 100% pre-approved with a lender.

My out-of-state buyers usually like to do a few, initial FaceTime showings of select properties and neighborhoods. This will help you to get a better lay of the land, and will also help us right-off-the-bat narrow in on exactly what you're looking for.

Once you plan your trip to Vero to see houses, we will take you on the grand tour of Vero. We'll also do the bulk of the home showings once you're in town. Of note, we do not schedule showings until 72 hours before you arrive! Our STRONG recommendation is a maximum of 4-6 showings at most in one day, and a MAXIMUM of 8-10 showings total. We see houses EVERY SINGLE DAY. You will get completely overwhelmed seeing any more homes than that. We'll be telling you along the way, which homes we think you’ll love, and which we don’t think you'll like living in, and why, since this is our area of expertise.

When we find you the PERFECT home and neighborhood, we will write an offer. Then, once the sellers agree to the terms, we will go UNDER CONTRACT. This means — unless something major happens during the inspection period — that you will be moving into your dream home in Vero Beach!

Here in Vero, we advise ALL of our clients to do a home, roof, pool, and a termite inspection. We will send you an email with who we recommend, along with a timeline of inspection dates, and when they have to be done by. If you are unable to attend inspections in person, we are more than happy to attend on your behalf.

This is everyone's favorite day! First, we will have a pre-closing inspection either the day of, or the day before the closing. It is up to you if you would like to close in person, or remotely. If you decide to be present in Vero, we'll celebrate by going out to lunch or dinner! CONGRATS — you've officially become Vero Beach, FL homeowners!
