Gary Sutcliffe
MULTI-MILLION-DOLLAR, TOP PRODUCER
772.577.8556 GSUTCLIFFE@ONESOTHEBYSREALTY.COM
Prior to joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Gary, a Philadelphia native, had a significant career in the advertising industry in New York. His time spent as a brand consultant and strategic planner in the financial industry established the foundation on which he bases his Real Estate philosophy and informed the concept of crafting a unique selling or buying proposition. Clients of Gary's note his "superior" contract-negotiation skills and market knowledge, as well as his focused application of his long-practiced and fine-tuned Real Estate philosophy — what Gary calls the Edge. Whether you're selling or buying, you must have an Edge —that extra advantage you have over your competition. All realtors are not alike and not all realtors possess the knowledge, experience, and keen eye to position your property as more than a lot number. Not only must your property have a competitive Edge, your realtor must too.

Born and raised in Vero Beach, Ceci has an innate passion for and unsurpassed knowledge of the Treasure Coast. After a childhood spent at the Saint Edward’s School right here in Vero Beach, Ceci went on to earn an undergraduate degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida, and later a Master’s in Global Media and Communications from the prestigious London School of Economics.
Prior to discovering her passion for real estate sales, Ceci worked in London and Shanghai for multiple Fortune 100 companies, before repatriating to New York City. There, she led global PR efforts for prominent international pharmaceutical brands and for the up-and-coming travel startup AirHelp, before parlaying her hobby and personal penchant for travel rewards credit cards into a five-year career at Capital One’s headquarters in Washington DC.
Ceci is thrilled to have joined her husband, Gary, in the pursuit of helping clients accomplish their real estate goals and find their dream home in our little slice of paradise. When Ceci isn’t tracking the market or working with clients, she’s indulging in all perks that the Vero lifestyle affords: playing tennis or pickleball, volunteering for various local charities, golfing, walking the beach with her dog Eski, boating, honing her Mahjong skills, or spending time with her family and friends.
Harry Howle
GLOBAL REAL ESTATE ADVISOR
Harry was only 11 years old when his family relocated to Vero Beach in 1988, and he quickly fell in love with his new home in the laid-back, beach town. Before he knew it, the former South Carolina boy was catching waves in the Atlantic Ocean on a daily basis, and he became quite the well-known surfer in town.
Given his passion for surfing, and being by the water, Harry didn’t stray too far from the beach when he attended college. He attended Florida State University, and promptly returned home to Vero after graduating with a degree in Political Science, to begin a career in the insurance industry.
Over the past 24 years, Harry has built a stellar reputation as one of the go-to residential real estate insurance specialists in Indian River County. So much so, that he’s frequently interviewed by local media, as to the state of the industry, and how changes in the marketplace are affecting insurance policies for Vero Beach residents.
On top of his successful career, Harry has also impacted our community through his stellar civil service. Harry has served on:
The county and city Planning and Zoning Commissions
Chairperson of the city Code Enforcement Board
Chairman of county Emergency Services District Advisory Committee
The Three Corners Steering Committee
Director of the Indian River County Taxpayers Association
His impressive track record and gumption to “make things happen,” culminated in Harry becoming Vice Mayor in 2016, which eventually led to Harry being elected Mayor of Vero Beach in 2017.
Harry’s business acumen, go-getter attitude, and results-driven focus saw him lead the charge during his Mayoral tenure to facilitate the sale of Vero Beach Electric to FPL, which saved residents 30% or more on their utility bills. In addition, Harry also paved the way to remove the old water/sewer treatment plant off of the Indian River Lagoon, which has today set the path forward for the development of the hotly-anticipated Three Corners Project.
Expanding into real estate wasn’t a stretch for Harry, as he can service any and all of his clients' needs, given his expert, local knowledge of Vero Beach, and given his inherent knowledge of the real estate market that he’s acquired through his 24 years in residential insurance. On top of that, Harry’s father is a well-known architect in Vero, so from a young age, Harry has developed a personal interest and passion for home design.
In his down time, Harry enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their “Terrorist Toy Poodle” Jacko. On any given weekend, you’ll find Harry and Heather relaxing by the pool at Vero Beach Country Club, having dinner with family and friends, or attending a local charity event to support one of many of the causes that are dear to their hearts.
